Administrator/Customer Service Role

Our client, a rapidly growing construction products and services company, has rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator join their established and expanding team for a  temporary assignment. The ideal candidate has experience with basic clerical functions, is comfortable answering phones and talking about products and services offered.

This is an excellent opportunity for Administrators who possess fantastic communication skills, a positive attitude, and enjoy a fast-paced work setting!

Job Responsibilities

  • Minimum 5 years of administrative experience 
  • Must be very comfortable with Excel and order entry 
  • Primary customer service agent in processing or responding to basic customer requests, inquiries and/or orders
  • Provide basic product/service/application information
  • Addressing and stuffing envelopes, 
  • Maintaining files/filing
  • Assembling documentation 
  • Ability to work independently,  
  • possess excellent grammatical and editing skills,  
  • be detail-oriented and take initiative when necessary

Qualifications

  • Advanced Excel knowledge 
  • 5 years previous admin and reception experience 
  • Excellent grammatical and editing skills
  • Detail-oriented and take initiative when necessary
  • Professional demeanor 
  • Bilingual French/English candidates ideal - candidate must understand French written/spoken (minimum required)
