Accounts Payable Administrator - One Year Maternity Leave

Our client, a highly established and respected construction company, has a rare opportunity for a Accounts Payable Administrator to fill a maternity leave position.

As an Accounts Payable Administrator you will work in conjunction with the accounting and finance team to perform a wide range of accounting and administrative tasks to support the Richmond office.

As an Accounts Payable Administrator, you will be responsible for:

  • Responsible for accounts payable, purchasing, billing, and ordering supplies 
  • Input data entry information (payroll, new contracts, sales orders, etc)
  • Generate purchase orders and follow up on goods receipts
  • Perform administrative support to the branch

To be successful you will need:

  • Previous experience with accounts payable is preferred
  • Previous experience in an administrative function is preferred
  • Strong data entry skills with a emphasis on accuracy
  • Drive and passion to learn
  • Strong time management skills
