HR Advisor

Responsibilities of the role include: 

  • Administers total reward programs, disability management, performance management, recruitment, selection and retention, training and development, and health & safety

  • Collects, analyzes, maintains and makes recommendations around Divisional HR statistics and metrics related to recruitment, workforce planning, safety, discipline, alcohol & drug program and absenteeism

  • Partners with corporate HR to implement programs and policies

  • Supports the implementation of company-wide initiatives

Qualifications include: 

  • CPHR Designation 
  • 4+ years of HR generalist experience 
  • Strong interpersonal skills 
  • Experience in disability management
