Receptionist - Part time

Our client, a well established business in the Warehousing Industry, has a rare and exciting opening for a Temporary(5 month Contract) part-time Receptionist to join their tenured team in Winnipeg. In this role you will be the first point of contact for any guests, handling all incoming calls and completing general administrative duties.

This is an excellent opportunity for Administrators who possess fantastic communication skills, a positive attitude, and enjoy a fast paced work setting! The work time is from 12:00-4:30 pm Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities include :

  • Ability to work independently, 
  • possess excellent grammatical and editing skills, 
  • be detail-oriented and take initiative when necessary. 
  • should demonstrate resourcefulness and a desire to learn. 
  • professional demeanor and intermediate software skills (Word, Excel) are required. 
  • answering multi-line phone,
  • preparing outgoing courier and overnight packages, 
  • coordinate mailings, 
  • maintaining files/filing, 
  • taking inventory and placing orders, 
  • preparing correspondence, and providing overall administrative support.
