We are Hospitality Designs, and since 1993 we have been working with clients from across the globe in providing a full hotel interior service experience to hotel owners and designers.  We provide in-house procurement, interior design and durable case good manufacturing. We pride ourselves on excellence in creating fresh designs and providing the highest quality hotel furniture for the hospitality industry.  Through procurement, we fully furnish rooms - from the carpets on the floor to the chandeliers in the ceiling.   At Hospitality Designs, we boast an impressive team of award-winning designers and engineers that can create custom pieces for our clients around the world, including the Hilton, Starwood, and Marriot hotel groups.

What you will be doing

As a Project Coordinator, you will coordinate with various departments to finalize projects and provide assistance to department leads. This is a role where you will be able to wear many hats! You love deadlines, multi-tasking, and dealing with people consistently. You will work with all of our departments to ensure our projects are up to snuff. If you work best under pressure, we definitely want to hear from you.

Some of the things you'll be doing:

  • Review and finalize orders for purchasing
  • Coordinate delivery and payment schedules
  • Arrange for delivery with freight forwarder
  • Address Customer Service issues as they arise
  • Coordinate resolution of customer service issues with client, purchasing and design where required


What you bring to the table

  • Administrative, customer service & logistic experience
  • Organization and time management skills
  • Experienced in Excel, Word, Outlook and Database
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experienced in assessing a situation, identifying issues and developing solutions that result in efficiencies or process improvements
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external business partners
  • Great degree of attention to detail, while maintaining an overall view of each project
  • Ability to work with a sense of urgency, prioritize work, meet objectives/deadlines with strong organizational capability
  • Successfully demonstrated ability to coach others with a strong self awareness and ability to self develop
  • Ability to adapt to change and to work flexibly to overcome boundaries


What you get in return

We offer a fantastic compensation package with a base salary $38,000 - $48,000 and benefits including medical, dental and annual eye examinations.
