PMO Coordinator

Our client, a world leader in the deep sea transportation industry, is looking for a Program Management Office Coordinator to join their team in beautiful North Vancouver on a 3-month contract (with strong possibility of extension). Reporting to the Manager, Program Controls, the PMO Coordinator is responsible for completing electronic reports and documents for the Program Management Office and Technical teams.

Responsibilities of the PMO Coordinator:

  • Create and maintain relevant Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Visio files for the Program Management Office team.
  • Manage the self-service time entry process by sending e-mail reminders, tracking the receipts of time entries, inputting timesheet information and generating a monthly report.
  • Input information into risk registers and maintain action trackers on SharePoint to ensure items are actions and deadlines are met.
  • Support PMO meetings with document preparation.
  • Organize, analyze and format data

Specifications of the ideal PMO Coordinator:

  • Post-secondary education is an asset
  • 2-3 years experience preparing electronic documents
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Visio
  • Experience in managing multiple priorities
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with confidential information
