Customer Service Representative

Our client, one of the world's leading supply chain solutions companies, has a rare opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join their team.

As Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for: 

  • Perform tasks between the customers and the procurement team
  • A middle person between the clients and the staff
  • Coming up with creative solutions
  • Managing the order process once the order has come in. From large to small size of companies.
  • Communicating to operations, working on dates, and communicating any changes, build those relationships, and explain any issues or delays with professionalism.


To be successful for this position you will need:

  • Skilled at working within a busy environment 
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written 
  • Work well in a team setting 
  • Proficient in learning new computer programs quickly 
  • Multi-tasking and staying calm under pressure
