Payroll Administrator

Our client, a laboratory in South Vancouver is currently looking for a Payroll Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis for 2-4 months. Should the candidate be successful, the position would likely become a permanent role as duties and responsibilities grow.

Looking to start ASAP, this position will be working directly with the Payroll team assisting with general administrative and clerical payroll duties.This is a full-time position located in Vancouver.

Pay: $19/hour

Payroll Administration responsibilities include:

  • Liaise with employees for time, attendance and payroll
  • Process payroll and maintain payroll information as required
  • Quarterly and year-end reconciliations
  • Document workflow and work procedures

Qualifications of the ideal candidate include:

  • Payroll experience an asset (no PCP Required)
  • Strong administration skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office including intermediate excel
  • A positive “can do” attitude
  • Multi-tasking skills and ability to adapt quickly
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
