The Payroll Administrator will work in conjunction with the accounting and finance team to ensure prompt and accurate delivery of payroll to all fieldstaff employees throughout North America. This role will play an integral part in delivering weekly payroll results and ensure prompt AR invoices are generated and sent to our clients in a timely manner. The Payroll Administrator is at the heart of our organization and we need someone that is ready to roll their sleeves up and get it stuff done!

What you will be doing.
Liaise with Revenue Canada, Service Canada, IRS, Department of Labour, and any government body or 3rd party that requires data.
Onboard new employees and ensure all information is properly transferred into the payroll processing system (TimeTrex)
Audit payroll validity by matching data from field offices to that in the payroll processing system and the internal information system by utilizing reporting functions and communicating with field representatives.
Prepare and initiate credit and debt memos. Follow up with clients on outstanding invoices and ensure prompt receipt of outstanding AR.
