Account Executive

Our client, one of the most successful and well known brands in the safety and technology industry in California, has a rare opportunity for an Account Executive to join their dynamic team.

Job duties include:

  • Identify and develop sales opportunities for Fire Alarm, Audio-Video, Structured Cabling, and Security
  • Manage ongoing sales process, develop relationships, respond to and anticipate customer needs.
  • Effectively write, present and communicate Request for Proposal bids. 
  • Managing sales process via a CRM tool with an emphasis on building the sales pipeline.
  • Target new customers based on verticals, relationship strategies and marketing via professional organizations

 

What will help you succeed: 

  • Previous experience in Audio Video, Structured Cabling, Security, and Fire Alarm Systems.
  • Superb written, organizational, presentation, and time management skills.
  • Self-driven, disciplined, consultative sales professional who consistently demonstrates resilience and a commitment to help others succeed through an ability to listen and understand the client's point of view.
  • Experience calling on Electrical Contractors, General Contractors, Owner’s Reps, Property Management companies, and Developers.
  • Networking with Commercial Real Estate (CRE), or previously employed in the CRE industry, a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related experience is an asset.
