Resident Property Manager

Our client, a highly established property management firm, currently has a rare opportunity for a Resident Property Manager (RPM) to join their organization.
This is a well-maintained 65 unit building in Prince George with low turnover and trouble-free tenants.


  • Rent collection and bank deposits
  • Show suites to prospective tenants
  • Review rental applications and credit checks
  • Prepare leases for new approved tenants
  • Prepare and deliver all notices required during tenant occupancy
  • Prepare all documents for move in and move out inspections
  • Review all documentation including invoicing of contractors and suppliers
  • Oversee all off site contractor
  • Cleaning and maintaining exterior of property daily
  • Cleaning of all interior common areas daily.
  • Grass cutting, weeding and trimming of all vegetation
  • Snow removal and salting of all walkways

Relevant experience and knowledge of BC Rental Tenancy Act (RTA) are required.
The role may be best suited for a couple, however, all applicants will be considered.
