Accounting & Payroll Administrator

Our client, an Engineering firm based in Downtown Vancouver, is looking for an experienced Accountant to join their team. This is a full-time, temp to hire position that starts immediately.

For the ideal candidate, the client maybe open to a direct hire.

As an Accountant, you will be responsible for,

Biweekly Payroll:

  • Processing semi-monthly payroll time sheets and submitting prepared file to the ADP
  • Responding to employee payroll inquiries
  • Administer Benefits Plan
  • Accounts Payable & Expenses
  • Process and verify employee expense reports
  • Reconcile Bank and Credit Card accounts


Accounts Payable & Expenses: 

  • Manage Accounts Payable
  • Respond to e-mail and phone inquiries regarding accounts payable 
  • Process and verify employee expense reports

What do you bring to the table?

  • Preferably, experience in Construction, Architect/Engineering industry
  • Full cycle accounting experience 
  • Proficienciency in Excel & Word 
  • Experience with Ajera is a strong asset
  • Experience with ADP is a strong asset
