Staffing Manager

TPD is partnered with Galt Foundation whose Mission is to provide, promote, and expand employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities and other vocational barriers. Together we are seeking a driven and ambitious Staffing Manager to join the Galt Foundation team in Oklahoma City, OK.

Galt Foundation's Staffing Managers are responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of their specified office or business unit.  They act as a key piece of our management teams that drives performance, produces exceptional delivery, and coaches their team on overall operational and recruitment best practices.


We accomplish our mission through professional staffing service contracts, primarily with public agencies. Our objective is to work toward a diverse and inclusive employment community that leads to self-sufficiency and decreases reliance on tax supported programs and services.

We provide employment services to literally thousands of individuals with disabilities, and have been "Raising the Bar on Employment Diversity" since 1999.   • Supporting a team of Staffing Coordinators in the delivery of service to all of our clients
  • Taking orders for field staff from clients
  • Filling orders for field staff which includes reviewing staff files to find the best match for the position
  • Conducting criminal history checks
  • QC calls to clients to ensure our clients are satisfied with the level of talent they are provided
  • Employee coaching and mentoring 
  • Performance management and corrective conversations with fieldstaff
  • Performing all aspects of the hiring process: Screening, interviews, conducting reference checks, offers, etc.



  • Passion for non-profit work
  • Self starter that enjoys working with people face to face
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • People Management experience
  • Dynamic personality/energy
  • Attention to detail
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Human Resources and/or relevant experience
  • 3-5 years of recruiting experience preferred
