What you will be doing

• Providing HR consulting to TPD client(s) (depending on volume and your bandwidth) 
• Partner with the TPD team to deliver world-class solutions in any of the following areas:
  • Compliance Management
  • Employee Relations
  • Employer Branding
  • Organizational Culture
  • Change Management
  • Employee Engagement
  • Recruitment Strategy
  • Performance Management
  • Training and Development
  • Leadership Coaching
  • Career Pathing
  • Succession Planning
  • Workforce Planning
  • Health and Safety

What you bring to the table

• HR Consultant experience a MUST
• Understanding and mastery of many of the above concepts and areas of HR
• Minimum five years progressive experience in a HR Role
