Customer Service Engineer

Our client, one of the most established international brands in the Semiconductor industry, has a rare opportunity for a Customer Service Engineer to join their growing team.

The position is based in Boise Idaho and strong relocation package is provided.

Job Focus:

  • Responsible for on-site servicing and/or modification of company products lines.
  • Provides technical support to customer on operations, preventative and corrective maintenance of all product lines.
  • Instructs customer in proper operation and maintenance of equipment.
  • Serves as a liaison with customer on technical or administrative matters for assigned project.
  • Provides feedback to service, sales and technical support groups on customer’s needs and requests.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A.S. or B.S in related Electro/Mechanical or Electronic field or equivalent training
  • Previous relevant experience
  • Experience with CVD required
  • Willingness for paid overtime
