Administrative Coordinator

This is an exciting opportunity to work in one of the LARGEST healthcare systems in the Portland Metro Area.  The Administrative Coordinator is an essential and vital role in which the right candidate will enhance our client through administrative support functions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

As the Administrative Coordinator you will need to:

  • Coordinator and ensure daily administrative functions are complete and all faculty are supported
  • Assist in the coordination of training classes and new hire on boarding
  • Manage files and ensure proper compliance is upheld at all times
  • Coordinate and produce schedules that meet the needs of the facility
  • Provide logistical support in events and ensure smooth and seamless production
  • Create and produce newsletters and informational mediums
  • Partner closely with management to carryout additional tasks as necessary


  • 1-2 Years experience in a fast-paced office environment, wearing many hats and assisting many departments.
  • Associates Degree in Business, Human Resources, Office Administration, or other related field.
