Our client, has a contract position  for Receptionist to join their team. This is a contract and possibility of perm for right candidate. If you enjoy providing great customer service and working in a friendly environment then this is just the opportunity for you! 

Duties in this exciting role will include but will not be limited to:

  • Answering and directing calls
  • Provide administrative support to various departments
  • Monitoring and administering internal programs

The successful candidate in this position will possess:

  • General knowledge and adaptability to operate office equipment (postage machine, fax, photocopier, etc
  • Great communication and writing skills
  • Intermediate MS Office skills
  • Proven ability to multitask
