Operations Manager

  • Ensure maintenance of strong and effective relationships with customers and key stakeholders
  • Provides leadership, advice and counsel to all site security team members in achieving
  • client satisfaction
  • Responsible for the training and deployment of guards for all operational sites within
  • portfolio
  • Responsible for conducting site reviews, writing audit/review reports, reviewing findings, and making recommendations to the client
  • Responsible to perform annual risk analysis for the Operational sites within their responsibility, including but not limited to disaster recovery plan, critical incident command process and protocol, etc.
  • Responsible for providing advice and counsel to the client on security policy and practices
  • Serves as lead in regards to conducting investigations of significant threats and/or the loss or misappropriation of assets for clients/sites, employee discipline, etc.
  • Performs incident analysis and investigation relative to all incidents with advice and closure to all stakeholders
  • Develops and implements site specific training and development programs



  • 2-5 years of experience in an Operations Management role, preferably with people accountability
  • Experience in the Security industry HIGHLY preferable 
  • Enthusiastic and committed approach with a track record of building strong, trusted base
  • relationships with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong management and leadership skills together with excellent communication, influencing, negotiating and engagement skills
  • Ability to work at a fast pace in a high volume environment
  • Ability to keep calm and deliver under pressure
